After my article on “18 days to look fabulous” I had a few comments and messages saying that the hardest thing about eating healthily during the holidays is the big familly dinners. For my American friends you have already probably looked up different methods to help you enjoy but not overeat at Thanksgiving. For the rest of us, our big dinners are coming up soon :D

Do 5 Cycles of the Following: 20 squats 20 crunches 10 lunges per leg 10 crunches 20 calf raises 20 crunches I do this everyday! Love this! I want to do it everyday! Starting today!

There was a picture that popped up on my Dashboard that really struck a cord with me. It reminded me that that not only are we all doing this to lose weight, and look good, but to be healthy and have a healthier life that is hopefully free form sickness and disease.
