At Home Cardio Workout

Do 2 reps of the following:
Jumping Jacks: 2 minutes
Squats: 1 minute
Side Lunges: 10 sets
Jump Rope: 2 minutes
Jump Squats: 15 reps
Burbees: 15 reps
Walking Lunges: 10 sets
Squats: 1 minute
Jump Rope: 2 minutes
Pushups: 12
Crunches: 50
Tricep Dips: 30

Fat Burning Circuit Workout

Repeat 3 sets of the following. Do all exercises quickly and without rest in between, but take a 2 minute break at the end of each set. :)
50 jumping jacks
12 pushups
30 walking lunges
20 jump squats
50 crunches
20 mountain climbers
10 burbees, with a 5 pound weight in each hand

Travelling
Well today will be my last day on here for 25 days. I know I’ve just started, and now I’m leaving (temporarily).
I am off backpacking Europe for 25 days :) it’s going to be so much fun, but I’m also weary of my diet and exercise, as travelling means not being able to prepare meals, and picking food from restaurants and cafes. For exercise I plan to do a few of the home...
Better Day
Today is a better day than yesterday. I woke up and felt rubbish because of my unhealthy food choices yesterday. But today is always a new day, and always a chance for a fresh start.
Food so far today;
Breakfast- Apple, Cereal
Lunch- Ham and salad sandwich on brown bread
Dinner is being mad by my boyfriends mam, so hopefully its healthy, but I do have 800 calories left for today, so plenty.
