Well today will be my last day on here for 25 days. I know I’ve just started, and now I’m leaving (temporarily). I am off backpacking Europe for 25 days :) it’s going to be so much fun, but I’m also weary of my diet and exercise, as travelling means not being able to prepare meals, and picking food from restaurants and cafes. For exercise I plan to do a few of the home...
Today is a better day than yesterday. I woke up and felt rubbish because of my unhealthy food choices yesterday. But today is always a new day, and always a chance for a fresh start. Food so far today; Breakfast- Apple, Cereal Lunch- Ham and salad sandwich on brown bread Dinner is being mad by my boyfriends mam, so hopefully its healthy, but I do have 800 calories left for today, so plenty.
