Well today is day 8 of my P90x journey. Yesterday I did not do the Xstretch, I just relaxed, which was a nice change to working out so dam hard every other day this week :D Today was Chest and Back, and Ab ripper X. Only 1 more day left this week! Another 86 days to go till I’m ripped :D Well today was YogaX…. OMG!!! Hard or what! Well today was plyometrics! I did not die as I imagined I would, and to be honest it was not as bad as I first thought it might be. A few of the moves I had done before on other DVD workouts, but it was still intense. I did do the modified moves for the majority of the DVD, but did push myself in other parts. Muscles are sore and stiff :D
I love waking up and feeling sore and stiff, it means my body is changing, and I have kicked my arse at working out :) So I am off to work and 8 hour shift, then back home for day 2 of the P90X… Plyometrics!!! ARRGGGHH! :s

P90X Day 1
Well I did it! I managed my first day of P90X, and really enjoyed it. It was Chest and Back and Ab Ripper X today, I feel little bit stiff already, so probably will feel it a lot in the morning! The Ab Ripper X is going to take some time to do fully, it is very hard for me :( Oh well I can only improve… bring on tomorrow :D
