Right, I have borrowed/stolen the DVD’s off my other, who lasted 2 weeks on the program. I am going to start tomorrow :D
I have watched one through one of the workouts, looks daunting and hard, considering how fit they are and they are out of breath… I think I may die!
Has anyone tried P90X? and can give me some ideas, or tips? Thanks :D
