As you may have noticed I have taken quite a long break from my P90X routine (nearly 3 weeks :s) So I have decided I need to start from day 1. This means I start on Sunday as day 1, and day 90 is going to be the 3rd of December!!!! MILES AWAY!!
If I had not given up the first time, then I would be half way through at day...

Cut 50 Calories at Lunch
Delete one of these from your salad/sandwich:butter, one tablespoon of olive oil, 1/4 avocado.
Sprinkle pizza, pasta and salads with feta cheese (138cal) instead of Parmesan (194cal). Feta is much lower in fat.
Swap a small bake potato with 1/2 cup of Cheddar (378cal) for a medium baked sweet potato with a heaped tablespoon of houmous (303cal)
Make a sandwich on a pitta (200cal)...

Easy ways to burn off 50 calories
Run 5 minutes to catch the bus, or walk 15 minutes to the station.

Haha I just realised that 6 pounds in nearly half...
I have lost 6 pounds so far... not really that...
I have redone my goal weights so they are every 10 pounds, so I only need to loose anther 5 pounds till my first goal weight, and I could realistically loose that in 2 weeks, if I worked really hard.
I have re-motivated myself :D
Restart
Well I have fallen off the health wagon majorly.
I have not done any exercise in over a week now… not good! And my diet… not the greatest. I have however dropped another pound this past week despite all this, so my metabolism is obviously still running higher than before.
