ARRRGGHH bad week

Well I am writing off this week. I have done a total of 2 out of 4 of my workouts, and have drank a lot of alcohol in the past 3 days. BAD BAD ME!

So next week, I am obviously going to go back to the P90X and start on day 14 again, but I am also going to do an extra cardio session on each of the strength days. This is because I need to see some dramatic results on my hips and stomach in the next two weeks, as I am going to be bridesmaid at the end of the month. So I am going to eliminate as much sugar from my diet as possible, and reduce my complex carbohydrate intake, so I eat carbs at one meal a day, preferably breakfast.

P90X Day 14

Well I have been bad, and did not do Sunday or Monday’s workouts :( I was too tired from work… I know it’s no excuse but I did do my workout today! I did Chest and back, and Ab ripper I did what I said I would and upped my weight, so it was a lot tougher today, and I also did a lot more full pushups as opposed to modified ones. So definitely brought it today. 

Although I have missed Plyometrics and Arms and Shoulders I still plan to do them this week, so will have to do a couple of days with two workouts a day. So although I know I have not been on top form I am going to go ahead!

P90X Day 12 and 13

Well I was bad, I missed a workout. I missed yesterday’s which is legs and back, so I should of done it really, as really need to tone up my legs. I’m not being too hard on myself though, as I have still gotten this far, and I got straight back on the wagon and did my workout today! and I brought it! I brought it hard!!! It was KenpoX today, which I love as it’s completely different to all other workouts I’ve done.

So after two weeks, I’m still really enjoying this experience. I have one more week of bringing it hard, and I plan to up my weight for the strength exercises and really feel the burn. And for the cardio exercises I’m going to try and not take any breaks and do the full workout. I also want to be able to complete Ab RipperX, maybe not doing all 25 reps of each exercise, but at least being able to do 15 of each exercise. :D

Hey you and i are on the same days haha and i despise yoga too so dont worry lol. But like you said i do feel quite acomplished for being in this for 9 days!

Yeah that’s great that we’re on the same day, I know that you will feel my pain when it’s yoga day. I didn’t do my workout yesterday… feel really bad about it, but literally had no time, was doing a 12 hour shift then went out to meet friends for drinks, so wasn’t doing it when i came back in at midnight :D

I lost an inch from my waist, that’l be doing cardio i believe, and then lost half and inch off both my hips and chest. Don’t be put off that you haven’t lost inches… you may be replacing it with muscle, or you may even need to wait another week or so to see inch loss, everyone’s body behaves differently. At-least you have lost 2 pounds of fat… you should feel proud of that :D
