Today Rest day for the cardio. Still did the #christmasbooty challenge… 50 squats plus 50 lunges. Also 2 seconds longer on my plank :D
2.5 mile run done. 45 squats 45 lunges 45 jumping jacks 1.05 minute plank … 5 seconds longer on my plank. Winning! :D
Today; 2 miles ran 40 squats 40 lunges 40 jumping jacks 1 minute plank And I resisted the cake at work… little wins!!
